I purchased and installed APEXi exhaust control valve on my supercharged 2007 Honda Fit as a means of lowering the decibels to avoid being hassled by the law and me hassling my neighbors as I climb a long hill on the private road I live on as I pass by their places late at night... The valve has worked out very well and works without any problem fully closed at up to 60 and 70 mph at 35% throttle openings...Most of the time I have it opened just enough to avoid unwanted attention while in an urban area and have found that doing so improves acceleration in the lower part of the power band... There has been no problem driving at higher RPM at WOT for short burst as far as I can tell either.P
